Styled Form Controls : Accessible, pretty forms developed

Philip Howard presented the problem of forms accessibility : "Typically, textareas, buttons and text fields have been easy enough to style and the functionality to use images as buttons is inherant to HTML". And after some experiments he presented the solution using stylesheet and javascript as you can see in the examples in the bottom page.
