Numbler, AJAX Spreadsheets
Numbler is an online web-based spreadsheet that enables instantaneous collaboration with anyone on your project team. With Numbler multiple users can work with a spreadsheet, view changes in real time, and discuss changes. This is another AJAX Spreadsheets solution which focus on collaboration online and sharing of spreadsheet in addition to the common feature to create and manage your spreadsheet, import (CSV or XML only), export ... etc. Main features of Numbler :

After creating your spreadsheet, an email will be sent to you with the permanent link to the spreadsheet. You'll be able to work with it or share the link with your collegues and coworkers. The Chat icon display the list of connected users on the right so you can discuss with them the spreadsheet ...
The only thing I didn't like is the security, the link isn't easy to guess but guessable, and there is no way to see a list of your spreadsheet created, you have to always track them from your email. But I think it's a good start for an advanced Spreadsheet solution that is trying to confirm its place in the AJAX Office.
