WriteMaps, Visual Sitemaps Creator
WriteMaps is a free web-based tool that allows you to create, edit, and share sitemaps online. The service is created with PHP and mootools, and currently supporting Firefox only and sharing option still under development. The interface is pretty neat and you have the choice between the map view or outline view to manage your maps. That's all until now, this is not about creating Sitemaps for your website but probably could be supported. I don't know what do you think, but personally I would rather use Writemaps to write down my family tree, or map some ideas. Did I mention that the WriteMaps is free ?
