This is very similar to SynergyXO (https://www.synergyxo.com) except SynergyXO has a file manager and finance center as well.

This post sucks big time, you are telling us that the app uses php, scriptaculous, ajax, and PEAR, and then when we visit the site and we want to confirm this, we have to select a plan an pay? Come on, you got to be joking right?

koder, the application is listed under Ajax experience and commercial. It's interesting to learn from both open source and commercial solutions, that's why this post is here.
